3 Types of Annuities we work with at Eagles Financial Group, LLC

MYGA WITH A PROMISED RATE FOR THE LIFE OF THE CONTRACT

1) Multi-Year Guarantee-typically between 2-10 years. The MYG gives a guaranteed rate for the life of the contract. Typically issue to a higher age, and have various withdrawal options, but most are 10% free withdrawals a year, interest only withdrawals options, but most are 10% free withdrawals a year, interest only withdrawals, and RMD'S.

FIXED ANNUITY WITH LIQUITY OPTIONS

2) Fixed Annuity - these typically have a higher year 1 rate than Muti year Annuities, but the rate isn't guaranteed the rest of the contract, and typically has a 1% min. guarantee that it can drop down too. Usually, these products stay right around the base rate (The rate that is giving in the 2nd yr. after the initial bonus rate 1st yr. is up). Also includes the same liquidity options.

INDEXED ANNUITIES WITH INCOME RIDERS

3) Indexed Annuities - Typically, 5, 7, 10-year contracts. Offer options as well as other crediting options. They do offer a fixed rate as well but typically lower than the Multi year rates. They offer the best potential ret-urns, and usually have a cap, or participation rate (% of credited interest the clients earn - Typically, 85-100% but can get some as high as 150%!!). They have the same withdrawal options, but also offer a income rider (not all, but a good amount), which the client can use for an income stream down the road, and it pays out until the client were to pass way, even if their value is zero!
